This summer, Monte Carlo Beer and La Gelatiera join forces to bring a refreshing and original idea to life: an IPA beer sorbet. Artisanal, local, and 100% natural, this creation combines the chill of a vegan sorbet with the subtle bitterness of a well-brewed IPA.

An idea born from a hiccup

It all started with a logistical issue during the production of an IPA batch. Rather than waste it, the team came up with an original idea: what if we turned it into ice cream?

A homemade creation, simple and natural

The sorbet is made in La Turbie, at La Gelatiera’s workshop. It contains 50% Monte Carlo Beer IPA, a bit of water, some sugar, and natural ingredients for a smooth, creamy texture. The sorbet is vegan and crafted with respect for artisanal know-how.

An obvious match between two artisans

Monte Carlo Beer and La Gelatiera share the same passion: offering homemade, creative, and local products. Their collaboration highlights short supply chains and quality, with a shared desire to surprise while staying true to their values.

Never before had anyone created a beer sorbet in Monaco. This unique creation combines the bitterness of an IPA with light vegetal notes and perfectly balanced sweetness. A surprising blend from the very first spoonful.

This sorbet is available at La Gelatiera boutiques in Monaco and La Turbie, as well as select local partners like WAM and Pampa.
